The problem with most weight-loss programs is they don't work over the long term. Successful and sustained weight loss involves a lifestyle change. SedonaFit Choice will show how to make that change. Dr. Stuart Seale, author of "The Full Plate Diet," Elaine Rankin, psychologist, nurse and certified life coach, and Wally Reule, personal trainer, wellness coach and business owner, invite people to a free dinner to learn about the program. Space is limited. The dinner will be at Sedona Rouge Thursday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m. R.S.V.P. at 284-3483 by Thursday, Jan. 28. The menu will be taken from "The Full Plate Diet."
