Dropping weight is
a lifestyle decision
Being overweight can lead to a high risk of
health problems, including diabetes, cancer
and heart disease. If you are a man with a
waist size more than 40 inches or a woman
with a waist size more than 35 inches and have
high blood pressure, you need to take action,
according to a press release.
The problem with most weight-loss
programs is they don't work over the long
term. Successful and sustained weight loss
involves a lifestyle change. SedonaFit Choice
will show how to make that change.
Dr. Stuart Seale, author of "The Full Plate
Diet," Elaine Rankin, psychologist, nurse and
certified life coach, and Wally Reule, personal
trainer, wellness coach and business owner,
invite people to a free dinner to learn about the
program.
Space is limited. The dinner will be at
Sedona Rouge Thursday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m.
